You should have a go before you commit to the club! Normally we invite triallists for 2 sessions to see whether gig rowing and FXRC is for them. Don't worry about inexperience - it really doesn't matter as you will be well looked after and coached.
We can supply a buoyancy aid and all you need thereafter is a good sense of humour and a have a go attitude. The idea is to have some fun whilst burning up a few calories.

Please Note: All prospective Felixstowe Rowing Club (FXRC) members must become
Felixstowe Ferry Sailing Club (FFSC) members when they join FXRC. This means membership fees total about £23 per month. This enables rowers to benefit from the sailing club amenities as well getting lifts from safety boats to our gigs, storage and much more.
The Sailing Club have a fabulous clubhouse with a super bar and catering. It is a gem of a club which you will doubtless enjoy.
