What a great way to spend an hour or two. It's fun, it can be quite a good work out and the scenery is constantly changing. FXRC club is friendly and welcoming as is the sailing club.

Good news!
The club fees for FXRC were cut from £20 per month to £10 per month at the AGM held in October 2023.
The treasurer at the time reported that the club is in a robust financial position with no debt or borrowing. As a "not for profit" members club, the club reserves are currently sufficient to deal with most rainy day scenarios and to cover all usual expenditure (insurances, mooring fees etc) for the next year with the caveat that fundraising socials are well planned, promoted and successful.
All FXRC members must also join the Felixstowe Ferry Sailing Club whose fees are separate (about £13 a month). This is mandatory (please see membership section).
